- Demonstrated experience in similar roles, preferably in the technology sector.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Highly proactive entrepreneurial spirit, combined with strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, work as a team, and maintain a positive and practical attitude.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsabilities
- ∙ Responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective fulfillment of the company's human resources needs, contributing to people management, culture, and team development.
- Establish measures that promote the company's culture and values in an environment of respect, trust, transparency, and open communication.
- Manage and develop recruitment processes, including selection, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and career development.
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures.
- Create talent attraction and acquisition procedures.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to human resources.
- Manage employee conflicts and issues.
- Develop, budget, and execute strategic human resources plans.
- Align with the quality management system standards.
