Job description

We are a technology-focused group of companies, a leader in developing interactive experiences and Digital Signage projects, as well as the development of hardware, software, and interactive systems. Based in Braga, we have over 16 years of experience. We have executed reference projects in sectors such as retail, corporate, tourism, culture, brand activation, and events, serving both the public and private sectors.

Requirements and Desired Profile

  • Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in similar roles, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Highly proactive entrepreneurial spirit, combined with strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, work as a team, and maintain a positive and practical attitude.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilities

  • ∙ Responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective fulfillment of the company's human resources needs, contributing to people management, culture, and team development. 
  • Establish measures that promote the company's culture and values in an environment of respect, trust, transparency, and open communication.
  • Manage and develop recruitment processes, including selection, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and career development.
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures.
  • Create talent attraction and acquisition procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to human resources.
  • Manage employee conflicts and issues.
  • Develop, budget, and execute strategic human resources plans.
  • Align with the quality management system standards.
